Terms and Conditions for website development
These terms define the cooperation framework, the website development process, the obligations of the client and Voxern, included services, payment, handover, access data and responsibilities.
Important Login details, WordPress administrator access, hosting/cPanel access and other access data are not sent to the client until the project is paid in full.

02 Design standards
The design is created according to modern web design standards, with the goal of making the website visually clear, responsive and aligned with current industry trends.
03 Included in price
The agreed price includes the elements clearly defined by the offer or agreement.
- Development of the first website version.
- Corrections and updates of the first version through one unlimited revision list, if stated in the offer.
- Development of another website version, if that version is included in the agreed scope.
- Website setup on the server and domain.
- Optimization for desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
- Creation of email accounts on the server as needed.
- Video instructions for using and managing the website.
04 Hosting and domain costs
Hosting and domain registration costs are not included in the website development price and are charged separately, depending on the selected option. If hosting is ordered through Voxern, the terms of the selected hosting package apply.

05 Payment, delivery and access data
The client is required to pay a deposit of 50% of the agreed price before website development starts. The remaining amount is due after development and before final delivery, handover or sending access data.
Login details, WordPress administrator access, hosting/cPanel access, FTP access, database access and other technical access data are never sent to the client until the project is paid in full.
06 Client obligations
The client is responsible for delivering the required materials for website development, including examples, texts, images, logo, contact details, legal details, service information and other content needed for the website.
If the client does not provide a clearly defined example or guidelines, Voxern creates a modern website according to its own professional assessment, with the right to one free update within 15 days from delivery, provided that the update does not go outside the agreed scope.
07 Changes and additions
One set of changes within the website design scope is included in the agreed price, unless otherwise agreed in the offer. Additional changes outside the agreed scope are charged per hour according to the price list or a separate offer.
08 Access and training
After development is completed and the project is paid in full, the client can receive administrator access and video instructions for managing website content and functions.
Access data is not handed over before full payment, regardless of whether the website is technically set up on the server or available for review.
09 Rückerstattung der Anzahlung
The deposit is not refundable in case of dissatisfaction with the final result, while Voxern will make reasonable efforts to align the project with the agreed requirements and expectations.
10 Development timelines
The usual website development timeline is between 5 and 15 days, depending on the project, availability of materials, number of pages, functionalities, amount of changes and speed of communication.
11 Disclaimer
Voxern is not responsible for website rankings on search engines, blog writing, website maintenance or legal issues after the website is transferred to the client's server, unless such services have been expressly agreed.
The client is responsible for all content they deliver and/or approve, including texts, images, legal details, price lists, service descriptions and contact information.
